Family Living Space. 3-bedroom Garden Annexes offer families ample living accommodation whilst providing privacy for all.

All our 945 sized annexes are suitable to be configured as three-bedroom layouts with 50sqm of living space.

Garden Annexe Guest Suites

Explore our smaller models, perfect for small sites and small budgets. The annexes in the 400 series make perfect guest suites - and are quite usable as permanent accommodation with space for a bathroom and small kitchen- but normally without a definitive leisure area.

Small Garden Annexes

Small Annexes occupy very little garden space, but can provide lovely permanent accommodation.

Mid Sized Garden Annexes

Mid sized annexes provide good space for one or two people with plentiful space for permanent accommodation, a definitive leisure area and with ample kitchen and bathroom options. Explore the 630, 635, 640 or the 645.

Large Garden Annexes

Large Annexes offer the perfect balance between small footprint and ample living accommodation space for 2+ people. Choose between across the 700 series (730, 735, 740 and 740) in the Annexxa, XB, Ivyo and St George ranges.

Perfect for family living, these extra large annexes enjoy comfortable space which can be configured into multiple rooms to you suit you, and your garden. Choose from the 930 and 935 (perfect for long and thin gardens) and the 940 or 945 which are all available in all the ranges.
